Tau Star system, mid range ex planetary orbit. The grand Fortress. Ground Zero.

As the battle rages on the surface, and out in space throughout the star system. A union task force stumbled upon strange signals not belonging to the rebels, or any known allied nation. They report this to command before setting off to investigate. Upon arrival they find a large collection of strange emrald in colour space station works both alone and built into rock chunks. Bizzare things are witnessed, as some rocks seemingly had giant eyes that followed them in there journy to the source. Of which, was a massive sprawling fortress connected by bridges to smaller outposts and fortresses. This all was built onto the star systems largest chunk of planetary carcus. Rumour has it, this was the source to alot of the strange happenings in the star system that could not be attributed to rebel activity.

The meeting was ofcourse, rather rough around the edges. It was after all an encounter by a military captain, Captain Chalmer, in a hot warzone where rebel forces could ambush and kill them at any moment. Instead of investigating the landing pads, they instead hail the station, the lock ons causing the entire area to stirr to life. Several hails later, an entity known as Vorpastral Senex replys, hailing from the Celestial Empire. While it was not the best ending or encounter over all, it atleast ends in a neutral conclusion. But for now, both empires are now aware of each others preasence. With the Union seemingly annoyed by the other. They converse for a while, before the union captain turns around and departs. Only time will tell what is made of this.

The sprawling city near 7L garden worlds.

Shortly after the 7L transmits their plea for help concerning their Genetic Catastrophe, looming over their species. The celestials reply with a series of burst transmissions. The 7L sends three samples, of three of their species varients. Seraphim, Dessert, and artic halcyon. For study and review, along with a list of declared current and impending issues. A debate ensues with Lu present as the Celestials debate internally what to do about it. Lu declares that all celestial DNA itself is off limits, but gives Huripern the green light if he so desired, to pull DNA from the librarium. DNA stored from past encounters, from the galaxy Messer. DNA that he deems, mortal, and none classified to mortal access. Huripern then suggest arranging a price with advice of Nebulis, before contacting the 7L again. Lu approves, and three days later the Celestials contact the legion, inviting them to the sprawling city for a meeting to discuss the issue more thoroughly in person to arrange the price.

The meeting goes well enough, though Weapon technology was denied as a object of value for exchange. Huriperns top Genetic Scientist, and Nebulis prepaire as the 7L sends a single unarmed swordship outfitted with extensive sensor works with a small three person crew onboard. Siris, and Kaleel attend the meeting as they are escourte by nebulis himself in a rather massive room oddly seemingly built for a two story tall person. At first a path was presented, a fork in the road. A chance to alter themselves to their liking. With the respect that everything is a two edge sword, or strive to stay the same. They chose stay the same, and so nebulis works to lock in an operation to re create them, as is. The price was settled at the meeting as the terraforming device and extensive star chart data, for the moment. In reply, an equivlent reply of researchers and gear prepaires to be mobilized to the citadel and work along side other star nations. Only to be delivered, once payment has been collected and stowed away. The workers would that of a strange red furred dragon eared like cat anthro race. Not celestial, but seemingly a sub race that worships the celestials. The two are then offered a tour of the city... Meanwhile. The DNA collected from the 7L is added to the librarium, granted, in the damaged section due to it's current state.
